Websites are housed on Microsoft NT and Microsoft SQL Servers, and Linux Servers with Apache web servers - all with high-speed fibre-optic Internet connections. All our servers are kept in a purpose-built air-conditioned machine room and are on UPS with UPS monitoring software. To protect important data we have servers configured with hardware RAID and perform regular backups.

Our facilities are monitored 24 hours with support staff paged in the event of a fault. Response time is less than an hour. One of our support staff will either clear the fault remotely, or respond on site. Any continuing fault is automatically escalated by the monitoring systems. Faults are entered in the Outwide job management system, reviewed by technical staff and followed up with you by your account manager.
